After first completing the London to Brighton Night Ride 2013, Stack director Alex Miller will again be undertaking the event organised by the British Heart Foundation, along with around 3,500 other entrants.
This year the event will set off from Potter’s Field park, under the bright lights of London’s Tower Bridge, at around midnight on Saturday the 12th July. Alex hopes to manage the 60 mile course in around 4 hours, finishing on Brighton’s historic Madeira Drive at about 4am Sunday morning, for a quick bacon roll and cup of tea, before heading back to London.
Alex said “Last years event was a great success, and the sight of a constant stream of red lights heading up Devil’s Dyke towards the end of the ride was quite something. Hopefully this year’s event will be equally amazing, and I’m looking forward to a sprint finish on Madeira Drive!”
