We construct and manage projects for Clients that include private sector developers, local authorities, housing associations, private individuals and consultancies including Architects, Engineers and Quantity Surveying practices. We are a Framework Principal Contractor and Construction Manager with Housing Associations and Local Authorities who trust us to deliver their projects on their behalf.

We have integrated management systems that enables us to deliver greater efficiency, control and visibility of our projects on time and within budget. We appreciate that the lowest price is not always the best price with value being key. We ensure that all subcontract orders accurately represent the works required and are placed with trusted contractors, ensuring resources are available to complete the works to the required programme. In addition we have a pool of experienced tradesmen, enabling us to undertake packages of work with our own labour and offers flexible solutions to our clients.
